Ødegården borettslag har inngått avtale med Aktiv Ventilasjon AS om rens av ventilasjonskanalene i borettslaget.
Rens i leilighetene – uke 38 og 39
Ventilasjonskanalene i leilighetene vil bli renset i uke 38 og 39.
Det vil bli hengt opp informasjon på inngangsdørene før arbeidet starter, med nærmere informasjon om når de ulike oppgangene/leilighetene får besøk.
Det er svært viktig at Aktiv Ventilasjon AS får tilgang til leiligheten når arbeidet gjennomføres.
Dersom firmaet ikke får tilgang til leiligheten og må komme tilbake på et senere tidspunkt, vil kostnaden for dette bli belastet den enkelte beboer.
Rens av vaskeriene – uke 37
Ventilasjonskanalene i vaskeriene renses etter følgende plan:
- Onsdag 9. september: Blomstervegen 17 samt Prost Refsums veg 21 og 23
- Torsdag 10. september: Prost Refsums veg 25 samt Blomstervegen 31 og 33
- Fredag 11. september: Blomstervegen 35, 37 og 39
Vaskeriet vil være stengt hele dagen den dagen rensingen gjennomføres.
Vi ber alle beboere om å følge med på informasjon som blir hengt opp i oppgangene og sørge for at det gis tilgang til leiligheten på oppsatt tidspunkt.

Ødegården Housing Cooperative has entered into an agreement with Aktiv Ventilasjon AS to clean the ventilation ducts in the cooperative.
Cleaning in the apartments – weeks 38 and 39
The ventilation ducts in the apartments will be cleaned during weeks 38 and 39.
Information will be posted on the entrance doors before the work starts, with more details about when the different buildings/apartments will be visited.
It is very important that Aktiv Ventilasjon AS is given access to the apartment when the work is being carried out.
If the company is unable to access the apartment and has to return at a later time, the additional cost will be charged to the individual resident.
Cleaning of the laundry rooms – week 37
The ventilation ducts in the laundry rooms will be cleaned according to the following schedule:
- Wednesday, 9 September: Blomstervegen 17 and Prost Refsums veg 21 and 23
- Thursday, 10 September: Prost Refsums veg 25 and Blomstervegen 31 and 33
- Friday, 11 September: Blomstervegen 35, 37 and 39
The laundry room will be closed for the entire day while the cleaning is being carried out.
We ask all residents to keep an eye on the information posted in the buildings and to make sure that access to the apartment is provided at the scheduled time.
