Case 01/26 – Responsibilities and communication of block representatives
The board reviewed the responsibilities of the block representatives. One of their tasks is to conduct home visits for new residents.
Regarding communication, WhatsApp is used as the main channel.
Case 02/26 – Completion of pipe rehabilitation
TT-Teknikk has completed pipe rehabilitation in the housing cooperative. Over the past few months, they have been present to carry out various warranty-related works, including inspection and repair of access hatches. Some work remains outstanding, and the housing cooperative has therefore withheld part of the payment. The remaining amount will be paid to TT-Teknikk as the deficiencies are rectified.
Case 03/26 – Spring clean-up (dugnad)
A spring clean-up will be carried out, and the board will arrange for a container on the designated days. Residents are reminded that hazardous waste and electrical waste must not be disposed of in the container, as this may result in fines for the housing cooperative.
Dates for the spring clean-up:
Monday, May 11 – Blomstervegen 17, Prost Refsums veg 21, 23 and 25
Tuesday, May 12 – Blomstervegen 31 and 33
Wednesday, May 13 – Blomstervegen 35, 37 and 39
Residents may purchase flowers from Hageland in Lillestrøm. Up to NOK 160 per housing unit may be spent on flowers, and up to NOK 50 per unit on refreshments. The trustees will organize the purchases.
Case 04/26 – Topics for the residents’ meeting
The general assembly will be held on April 20. A residents’ meeting will be arranged after the general assembly. The board will provide information on parking and the use of garages, storage in shelters and common areas, as well as waste and waste management.
No additional matters have been submitted by the block representatives. However, there is a request to explain why the TV and internet provider was changed last year, as well as the reason for the rent increase at the turn of the year.
Case 05/26 – New projects in the housing cooperative
The housing cooperative has several upcoming projects under consideration, including upgrades of façades (both point blocks and long blocks), doors and windows, water heaters, roof fans, and electrical rooms.
The board will provide further information about these projects at an upcoming residents’ meeting.
Other matters
06/26 – Parking in garages
It has been observed that some residents do not use their garage space for parking, or use it for storage and other purposes. To ensure sufficient parking for all residents, it is important that garage spaces are used for parking vehicles and not for storage or other uses. The board is encouraged to continue working on this matter.
07/26 – Civil defense shelters
Representatives report that items are being stored in the shelters and are rarely removed. The shelters are intended to be kept clear and accessible and are not meant for permanent storage. The board is encouraged to continue addressing this matter.
