Borettslaget gjennomfører en rørfornying av alle avløpsrør og overvannsrør i borettslaget. I tillegg vil det trolig være nødvendig med utbedring av fasadene i punktblokkene. Av den grunn, har borettslaget søkt om lån i Boligbanken. Boligbanken har den laveste renten p.t.
Lånopptakelsen vil føre til økte felleskostnader for borettslaget. Det er derfor nødvendig å øke husleien. Etter anbefaling fra borettslagets forretningsfører, vil husleieøkningen bli på 20%. Økningen skjer fra 01.01.2025.
