Styret ønsker å informere om at husleien vil bli justert med 10 % fra og med 1. januar 2026.
Bakgrunnen for justeringen er den generelle prisøkningen i samfunnet de siste årene, samt kostnader knyttet til gjennomførte vedlikeholds- og forbedringsprosjekter i borettslaget. Disse tiltakene er nødvendige for å sikre en forsvarlig drift og god standard på boligmassen.
Vi har forståelse for at en økning i husleien kan oppleves som belastende, og styret har derfor gjort grundige vurderinger før vedtaket ble fattet.

The board would like to inform you that the rent will be adjusted by 10% as of January 1, 2026.
The reason for the adjustment is the general price increase in society in recent years, as well as costs related to completed maintenance and improvement projects in the housing association. These measures are necessary to ensure proper operation and a good standard of the housing stock.
We understand that an increase in rent can be perceived as burdensome, and the board has therefore made thorough assessments before the decision was made.
